So here it is...

As part of your course work for ATT 115.  You MUST attend AEA Meetings and Dowd Gallery Openings.  Please make sure you show up!  AEA meetings have been very empty.  I have the list of the attendees.

Assignments and expectations for the rest of the semester:
1.  Attend the Evan Summer opening Friday, October 30th from 5:30 - 7:30 Dowd Gallery

2.   Due Nov 6.   TO BE POSTED ON THE BLOG: a written response to Evan Summer's work (min 300 words).

3.  Attend the department's B.F.A review on Friday November 6th beginning at 9am in the small gallery space in front of the painting I and drawing I studios.

3.  Due Nov 30th.
TO BE POSTED ON THE BLOG: Scan 3 drawings from your journal. (72 dpi)
Write a response to each posted drawing.
Answer the following questions.
a. Describe the sketch/drawing
b. Describe why it is pertinent to your work/research
c. Discuss 2 artists' work that you are currently researching.
d. Post 1 link to each artists work online


Feel free to use this area for other discussion.  That is why it is there.  I will posting more images shortly.   Who can forget the exquisite corpse drawings!
